Designs That Get Built
Every system I design is meant to be fabricated, assembled, and installed—without surprises. That means complete, detailed engineering that’s built around real-world constraints, with every drawing reviewed, every part accounted for, and every customer kept in the loop.
Whether it’s our in-house team or an outside fabricator, the goal is always the same: make it easy to build, and hard to mess up.
Nothing Left to Guess
I don’t do “close enough.” I believe in drawings that leave no stone unturned. Models are accurate. Fasteners are specified. Clearances are verified. If a welder, machinist, or installer needs to know it—I’ve already thought about it.
Approval Drawings That Prevent Surprises
Before anything gets built, I issue complete approval drawing packages showing overall layouts, part flow, guarding, interface points, access panels, and service clearances. The customer is involved from concept to sign-off, so the system we build is exactly the one they expected.
Designed for the Shop Floor
Complete – 3D models, fabrication prints, BOMs, exploded views, and cut lists
Clear – Fully dimensioned, clearly labeled, no “field verify” guesswork
Consistent – Standardized title blocks, revision tracking, and part numbers
Collaborative – The design process is transparent from start to finish
CAD + Database Integration
This isn’t just about drawing—it’s about building smarter. I’ve developed custom VBA tools that link our CAD models directly to our internal Access-based system.
Drawing data pushes into the database for accurate BOMs, part tracking, and job planning
Drawing metadata syncs back to the CAD files, populating title blocks, part details, and revision history
It’s one closed-loop system designed to eliminate guesswork and duplication
